MEETING AUSTRIAN’S FEDERAL PRESIDENT
I had the great honour to meet the Austrian federal president Alexander Van der Bellen last week at the Hofburg together with some fellow musicians. Quite exciting as you can imagine ?. I even ironed my dress.
BRAINMANAGERZ RELEASE DEC 2018
I am happy to announce that the first album of the Brainmanagerz, the band I play bass with, will be released this upcoming December on the Viennese label Konkord.
We met Herb, one of the label bosses, and had a rehearsal last week at Steve’s studio.

I left Facebook for good last Thursday. Didn’t spend much time there since last January, but deleting the account actually did feel a bit weird.

WITH GUDRUN VON LAXENBURG AT JUKUU FESTIVAL, KEHLHEIM (D)

I joined Gudrun Von Laxenburg again on stage at their gig at Jukuu Festival in Kelheim, Germany. We arrived at the festival site way before schedule and so we had plenty of time for the preparations. July and Dani even watched a soccer game on a mobile while unloading the van. I caught the exact moment where Austria shot a goal.
Here’s an interview the guys gave while the stage hands continued unloading – and while the mobile was still lying on that drum case, as you can see at 4:04 …
I really enjoy being on tour with those guys. Here’s a pic of us after the show at 3 am. Hotel elevators are the best place to take group selfies since the light is always bright and you’re packed in such a small space anyway…
